Summertime Concludes in KARAKAI JOZU NO TAKAGI-SAN Movie PV

Summer vacation is a time for youthful adventures and bittersweet memories, and now a new teaser trailer has been published for KARAKAI JOZU NO TAKAGI-SAN, an upcoming theatrical anime film that continues the animated adaptation of Soichiro Yamamoto's romantic comedy manga about a precocious girl that likes to play gentle pranks on the boy that she likes.

 

 

The original KARAKAI JOZU NO TAKAGI-SAN manga is serialized in Shogakukan's Monthly Shōnen Sunday manga magazine, and an English language version is also available from Yen Press under the title Teasing Master Takagi-san. Crunchyroll currently streams the first season of KARAKAI JOZU NO TAKAGI-SAN, while the second season streams on Netfix and the third season streams on HIDIVE. Crunchyroll describes the story of the series as follows:

 

"I swear I'm going to tease and embarrass Takagi-san today!" Nishikata, a middle-schooler, keeps getting teased by the girl who sits next to him in class, Takagi-san. He tries every day to get back at her, but will he ever succeed? Takagi-san and Nishikata's youthful teasing battle starts now!

 

A teaser visual for the upcoming KARAKAI JOZU NO TAKAGI-SAN theatrical anime film featuring Nishikata and Takagi looking out over a series of rice paddies from an elevated position in the Japanese countryside. Nishikata and Takagi are dressed in summer clothes and have their backs to the camera.

 

The KARAKAI JOZU NO TAKAGI-SAN theatrical anime film is directed by Hiroaki Akagi and features animation production by Shin-Ei Animation. The film is scheduled to hit theatres in Japan on June 10, 2022.

    Right after the final 13th episode of the TV anime D4DJ First Mix was aired in Japan last night, it was announced that a new mini anime series D4DJ Petit Mix is set to premiere on February 5, 2021. Seiya Miyajima ( BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!
