Johnny Yong Bosch Returns For TRIGUN STAMPEDE, Reveals English Dub Release Date

Vash the Stampede is back, and now in more ways than one! Crunchyroll is announcing today that Johnny Yong Bosch, the original voice of Vash from the 1998 Trigun, will reprise his role in the new anime series TRIGUN STAMPEDE! Additionally, Crunchyroll is announcing the first English dubbed episode of the series will premiere on January 21.

 

 

"Voicing Vash the Stampede in the original Trigun series is a role that literally launched my voice-over career and I am extremely excited to voice him again in this all new anime adaptation from Orange,” said Bosch. “I look forward to going on this adventure with fans once more and hope new audiences enjoy the journey as well.”

 

Jeremy Inman will also serve as the ADR Director for the English dub, whose previous credits include Golden Kamuy, DECA-DANCE and more. “Trigun is anime royalty and I can’t wait to work with Johnny Yong Bosch in bringing it back to life with this new and fresh take, promising old fans the same gun-slinging action while bringing in new fans as well with amazing animation, characters, and story,” said Inman.
